If the user is logged into your website then the name input box on the livechat window will automatically be populated with the user's name and they have the option to change their chat session name at that point or they could leave it. |

The feature is built into the latest version of JLive! Chat which is currently 3.7.2.
JLive! Chat is compatible with community builder. |
