You can completely customize the livechat popup because it consists of open-source PHP, HTML and CSS. You can edit the popup by editing the following file within your website root:

/components/com_livechat/views/popup/tmpl/default.php


There are a couple ways you can direct traffic to specific operators. You can specify a list of operator id's on the online/offline image module's advanced parameters and then place the module for sales in one place and then place another online/offline image for the other department. You can create a new online/offline image module from within your Module Manager located in your Joomla administrator. Please ensure that you have the latest version of JLive! Chat installed, and the JLive! Chat module (mod_jlivechat.zip).

Another way you can accomplish this is by using the routing features in JLive! Chat v3.7.1 and define a criteria to distinguish between the 2 departments.
