You can change the default online/offline module image in JLive! Chat by replacing the following images:

/images/livechat-large-offline.jpg
/images/livechat-large-online.jpg

OR

/images/livechat-offline.jpg
/images/livechat-online.jpg


Depending on which size image you are trying to replace.

JLive! Chat is setup to load its required images and javascript from CMSFruit.com's servers, so if you are customizing the online/offline image for the JLive! Chat module, you should also set your "Load media from" setting to "My Own Webserver" from within your Joomla administrator (Components -> JLive! Chat -> Settings)

I am running the hosted version on Joomla and there does seem to be a setting on YOUR server, not the module, to pull media from my server (relative to site root) but it still doesn't allow me to successfully enter an alternate image in the module settings. Even if I replace the default image in the livechat module directory AND the Joomla images directory it still doesn't change the image. It's as if I am unable to make that setting to use my own server stick. Am I missing something? Is there a new method to do this?
