I read the FAQ page and it didn't explain very well how to turn off the help page (add custom.lock ?) as well as change the JCat Live logos that show up within the software. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I would like more info on this as well. And which FAQ's are you referring to? Thanks.

This is the FAQ page I was referring to. It looks like the new version of the software (4.0.3) allows you to customize the logos. I havent played with it too much yet though.

I tried the custom.lock thing and it worked.

Just create an empty file in your directory, mine was C:\Program Files\CMS Fruit\JLive Chat and name it custom.lock

That's it. Re-launch the desktop application and you will see that the Help menu changed.

We will be updating our JLive! Chat documentation with detailed instructions on how to custom brand JLive! Chat within the next few days.
