The session timer is not timing out sessions. I have checked by going to my site creating that session and then leaving the site, and not returning to it. Last session created by me at 19:50PST and the time now is 21:10PST. Session should have cleared hours ago. Session clear setting is set to 20min.

Second issue is that the Global responses are not populating to the desktop program. I never got it to work in the previous version as well. Now on version v4.0.6.
