Hi There, I uninstalled the old version and installed the new one.

Now it is showing that I am online, but there is a message that says "Please wait, connecting...". It never connects and takes me to the offline message. I created new operators and have the desktop application on. Also, when I uploaded the Operator Configuration Key it added the website: ultimatelivechat.com instead of toursgonewild.com. I've already purchased the license from you guys.

Please let me know what is going on and how I can fix this.

It sounds like you are trying use JLive! Chat in stand-alone mode and hosted mode and it has confused your situation a little so let me shed some light on this... JLive! Chat runs in 2 different modes... it runs in hosted mode at the UltimateLiveChat.com which basically means that it runs on our network.... and it also runs in stand-alone mode which means that JLive! Chat completely runs on your own webserver. The only time you need to define your hosted mode API key in the JLive! Chat -> Settings is if you plan on using JLive! Chat in hosted mode.

Are you trying to use your JLive! Chat in hosted mode or stand-alone mode? If you are planning to use stand-alone mode, then please remove the hosted mode API key you have defined in the JLive! Chat settings, if any.
