I am not sure if you have covered this issue before but I looked thorugh your forum and I couldn't find it.

The problem I have is with Mac computers I don't know if its the same with PC or not.

When you put your computer into standby which usually most Mac users do, then the desktop application can not connect to the server any more, although it shows it is connected but it is not.

As a result of that on those pages which are only link to you, th logo of live chat is offline will appear and you are not able to see your colleagues who are online. They won't be able to see you either.

I would appreciate if you please let me know if this is an issue or probably I didn't set it up properly.

P.S: we already hold a full license of your package for our domain.

Please ensure you are using the latest version JLive! Chat v4.0.8.

Please ensure your webserver has keep-alive enabled and the keep-alive timeout set to at least 3 to 4 seconds.

Other than that... depending on what kind of mac you are using... macs are usually configured to turn off the Internet connection when in standby mode:

I would recommend digging around in the energy saving preferences to see if there is an option to NOT have the Internet connection disabled when in standby mode.
