Hi there. I am experiencing an issue where a incoming chat session is ringing multiple operators and when answered by operator 1 it continues to ring every other operator in the queue. Is this normal?

Yes, that is normal... currently JLive! Chat will not automatically close all the other rings unless it times out or the operator declines it. The other operators can not accept the chat though if someone else has already answered.
