If a chat session is initiated on a module that rings multiple operators and is NOT answered and they leave a message, it only shows in one of the operators queue and not all the queues that are associated with that module.

The message should show on everyones desktop application as long as the online/offline image that the visitor clicked on does not have any specific operators defined in the module's advanced parameters. If there is a specific operators defined in the module's advanced parameters, then the message will only be sent to that one operator.
