Hopefully the last bug I find!

If multiple operators are specified in the module parameters and a chat session is initiated and NOT answered it is sent to a "Operator Unavailable" screen and asked to leave a message. Upon leaving a message it ONLY appears in the first operator's queue and NOT the other operators.

Example: Module 1 is associated with operator 1,2,3
Chat Session initiated and not answered. Message sent and ends up in queue for operator 1 and does not end up in queue for 2 and 3.
