I just installed everything to 4 of my sites and I am having an issue with it not showing me online, people can click on the offline image and send a message and I do get it, and I can monitor my sites but it does not show me online all the time when I am online and even monitoring the site, I can initiate a chat but that is it

any Ideas

i have the same problem! but i don'y use a free hosting but a businness hosting for joomla.

We have identified one more issue with v4.0.2 which is still causing some of you to show offline.... we are working on the fix now... we will be releasing v4.0.3 shortly (within the next few hours) which will correct the issue.
