Hello Everyone

We've released JLive! Chat v4.0.3 which corrects the issues with JLive! Chat reporting offline on certain systems and also the issue with an "Invalid License" message being reported for hosted mode customers.

Please uninstall the JLive! Chat component, plugin, module and desktop application you have installed now and then download and install a fresh copy of v4.0.3 from our download section:

After installing the new version, please re-download your operator access key file by going to Components -> JLive! Chat -> Operators from within your Joomla administrator and re-add it to your JLive! Chat desktop application.

You should be all set after that!


PLEASE NOTE:

You may also need to re-create your JLive! Chat online/offline image within your Module Manager after re-installing the module.
You may also need to re-create any JLive! Chat menu links after re-installing the component.


If you are still experiencing any issues after that, please go to Components -> JLive! Chat -> Information within your Joomla administrator and ensure everything is marked green.

If you are still experiencing any issues after that, please submit a debug report by going to Help -> Debug Report -> Send to Technical Support from within your JLive! Chat desktop application and then contact us for further troubleshooting.

FYI - When I click on History in the component admin part, it just shows a blank white page. Thanks.

And I downloaded all the new parts, un-installed the old and re-installed the new. Installed the new operator keys and still receive this message in the pop-up no matter what:

"Our live support is currently closed. Please leave us a message below or check back again later."

Thank you for your patience while we corrected all outstanding issues with the new version of JLive! Chat!

We've released JLive! Chat v4.0.4 which corrects all outstanding issues that many of you have reported to us. Needless to say, it has been a very hectic week for us with releasing the new version. Our team has been working around the clock to resolve all issues with version 4. Furthermore, we have carefully investigated and corrected every issue that has been reported to us.

To update to the latest version of JLive! Chat, please uninstall the JLive! Chat component, plugin, module and desktop application you have installed now and then download and install a fresh copy of v4.0.4 from our download section:
