Transferring Chat between operators 1 Year, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
I am having issues with transferring a chat between operators. When I select an operator to transfer the chat too, the operators computer automatically declines the incoming chat request. Is there anything I can do?

Hi Chas,

That kind of behavior from the desktop application is usually caused when you move your website to another server or you reset your JLive! Chat database. Can you please submit a debug report by going to Help -> Debug Report -> Send to Technical Support from within the desktop application top menu?
