4. Generate a JAdmin! Key File by going to 'JAdmin! -> Settings' from within your Joomla! Administrator

After click on "settings" I get always:

 

Error 500 - Internal server error

What version of PHP are you using? You can find out by going to your Joomla Administrator -> Help -> System Info
