Excellent Job on the new version!!!

But for some reason, when I initiate a chat, I am unable to use the canned responses. Clicking on it, nothing happens so right now I am initiating with copy and paste.

Please advice

Sorry, 1 more issue with it. Now it is showing me offline and on my jlive I'm online is checked...

It is actually switching constantly between online and offline
