yes, that's correct. The global response should show up in the desktop app soon after adding the global response. The odd part is... there are no errors that are occurring... the only thing I can see is that there are some line breaks in your Global responses, which I am not sure if breaking the parsing or not... so can you try making so you only have one global response and it is something very short and simple with no lone breaks and then see if that works, and also submit another debug report so I can take a look at the difference.
