Problem with different operators 1 Year, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
I have 4 operators from differenet departments
In joomla i maked 4 modules with ID operator on each and place it on site
online/offline image work good, but incoming call go to all operators, call to offline operators not open offline form. I need call required by customer department. Try call offlined operators must oen offline form.
Maybe i config something wrong?

I visited the URL you mentioned above and I do not see any livechat online/offline image or link on that page? Where can I see what you are referring to?

I removed custom online/offline image - now default images
in each module i set operator's ID
but when i try call someone - call go to all operators
