Congratulations for upgrading lots of things for jlive chat.

When the users come on the screen, I initiate chat and this person did not reply. What happened?

Did the user still on the list, or has he left the website? Will the user information gone when he leave the website? Or the user ignored our chat request?

Need to give Real Time, how long he has been on site using real time?

We need to use UK Time GMT + 0

Please advise?

Thank you for the compliments! In regards to your question; the website activity monitor is in real-time. Sometimes visitors simply don't respond to pro-active chat requests... they just ignore it... or they don't see it... currently it is not too obvious on JLive! Chat whether the visitor is still on the website or if he has left, however we are currently working on the next major release of JLive! Chat... we have completely revamped the design of JLive! Chat and added many new powerful features and enhancements... with the new version, you will be able to easily identify if the visitor is still on the website or not... the new version won't be released for another couple weeks or so.

You can set your timezone preference by going to Components -> JLive! Chat -> Settings.

Thank you for a quick response. Thank you for explaining I understand.

I believe there are bugs in pro-active requests. I test myself. When I press the chat request, the operator come online do work.

But when I initate the chat to myself, then the message come up

Guest
www.femaura.com
etc

it did not say operator did want to talk to guest. It is a concern where people receive messages and do not know who it come from and do not want to accept the message.

sometimes I initate, and the chat request message do not turn up, and other times it did.

Hello

I not yet receive a reply on this matter?

I had a visitor who contacted me for a chat then I type my responses. they can see my responses at beginning then they said sorry i cannot see your responses. I try to type my own responses but they cannot read it, I lost my client over there now.

What is happening?

Hi femaura2,

Apologies for the delay in response... please uninstall the JLive! Chat component, module, plugin, and desktop application, and download a fresh copy from our website here:

http://www.cmsfruit.com/downloads.html#jlivechat

Then install the fresh copy you downloaded... that should solve the issue... please ensure you uninstall and re-install a fresh copy of all the components I mentioned above.

Best Regards,
John
