I just did the upgrade from 4.0.5 to 4.0.8. I uninstalled all the Joomla side pieces and the desktop app. and then reinstalled them all. I launched the desktop app and deleted the website and then created a new on and pulled a new key. it told me my key was installed successfully but then never loads completely.

Joomla admin System check shows all parts are good (all green). Any help?

Hi Denis

Can you please re-download your operator access key and then delete the website from your JLive! Chat desktop application and then re-add the key?

Can you also submit a debug report by going to Help -> Debug Report -> Send to Technical Support from within the JLive! Chat desktop application?

Hi John,

Thanks for your response. However, that did not work. I removed the web site and downloaded a new key. Once I uploaded the new key it gave me the message that says you have created a new website congrates....

But nothing. So I closed it and now I keep getting the message that I don't have a valid license. And I have made the purchase of the software.

I have corrected the issue with your license. Please restart the JLive! Chat desktop application for the changes to take effect.

Can you please shutdown your JLive! Chat desktop application and then delete the following file on your computer:

C:\Documents and Settings\David\Application Data\.jlivechat\jlivechat.log

Then restart the JLive! Chat desktop application.

Then try to add your operator access key to the desktop app.

If you still experience and issue, please submit another debug report.

Perfomed all the steps but adding the access key. When I restarted the App it didn't ask for it.

Should I delete it and reset it up?
