My previous post was intended for the two other users who specified their domains and the issue. As a result I corrected the issue with their accounts ONLY. This is sort of a system wide issue that is going to arise with ONLY SOME users.
To resolve the issue you must contact us so we can reset your license. So having said that, what is your domain you are having issues with and I can reset your license to correct the issue?
Regarding your suggestion about a better way to upgrade... v4 was a major revamp, so it doesn't have any backwards compatibility... this happens once in a blue moon, and we are most probably not going to have any major upgrades or re-write anytime soon after v4. Furthermore, we do understand the upgrade process is a little frustrating and we do have plans to build in an auto-update feature in a near future release of JLive! Chat.
