Hi Shannon,
Please ensure you have v4.1.0 component, plugin, module and desktop application installed. Please also ensure that everything is okay and green with your installation by going to Components -> JLive! Chat -> Information from within your Joomla administrator.
If problems persist, try uninstalling the JLive! Chat component, plugin, and desktop application only and then downloading a fresh copy from our website here:
www.cmsfruit.com/downloads.html#jlivechat The website activity monitor will not expire any visitor who is still on your website, so basically if a visitor comes to your website and stays there for 13 minutes and you have your expiration set to 15 minutes, and they move to another page on your website, then the 13 minutes counter is reset and not another 15 minutes of the visitor being idle needs to occur for that visitor to be expired from the website activity monitor.
Regarding the debug report crashing... this is probably due to a over-sized jlivechat.log and the fix would be to shutdown the JLive! Chat desktop application, then delete the jlivechat.log file and restart JLive! Chat. What operating system are you using the JLive! Chat desktop application on so I can tell you where the jlivechat.log file is that you need to delete?
Regarding refunds... unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Sorry

If you are having issues with JLive! Chat we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue in a timely manner.
Best Regards,
John
