Please ensure the JLive! Chat component and plugin are installed, and the plugin enabled.

Re-create your livechat popup menu item via the Menu Manager from within your Joomla! Administrator.

Delete your website cache files by selecting 'Tools' -> 'Clean Cache' from within your Joomla! Administrator.If it still doesn't work after this, let me know and I will troubleshoot further.
