I've installed the live chat component and plugin and enabled the plugin.  I've created the menu item and to display the link I'm copying the path from the menu manager and pasting it in a link.  I"ve also got the menu item enabled but nothing at all happens when I click that.  When I click the link that I created in the body, it makes a pop up window with some chat options, for some reason it displays "submit query" twice below the "enter name" field.   I'm not quote sure if I've created the link incorrectly or if something is going wrong with the component.  In any case I've already reinstalled the component.   

The site is www.peopleadmin.com/15 and you should be able to find links to the chat at the top of any page other than the home page.
