key add in windows Problem - python error 2 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
HiI am trying to demo the Live Chat plugin on my joomla 1.5 install. I have installed it on Joomla server OK, it seems, but I get an error when I add the site/key into my Windows XP client:Traceback (most recent call last):  File "websites.pyo", line 350, in locateWebsiteSettingsFileKeyError: 'site_name'is this because I do not have a license yet? Or is it another problem?thanks Lukeluke DOTT barker  AT

hi

fixed it! in joomla admin, go to global settings onleft and then there is a sitename box on the "site" page, it needs something in there. I didnt install my joomla so it was empty ! argh.

now i am having problem that the XP client does not seem to realise / hear the requests on the site - probably firewall problem? what port should router be opening?

Hello,We have released JLive! Chat version 3.0 which corrects the issue you are experiencing. You can download the new version from our website at www.cmsfruit.com/downloads.html#jlivechat

Version 3.0 supports UPNP so you don't have to configure your router to do port forwarding.

Best Regards,John
