Hi there!I´m German, and my English is not the best, sry!

I´ve 1 Problem:

I installed JLive! Chat und it "works" - but: If an custumer starts a session, i cant read, what he´s writing. And i can´t write 2. The custumer doesn´t see anything.#

Whats wrong?

Doesn´t work

Now, i have the "connecting, plz wait".... and then "not availible"...But: JLive Chat runs on Windows... But i don´t see any custumer in the Window...

Yesterday, i saw die Custumer and the ticketnumber - today: NOTHING...

Port  5890 in my Router is open...

What´s the Problem?

I got the same result.  Everything appears to be working ok, but never actually connects.  Instead reports that the service is not available.

 Solved my problem.  I had been accessing my joomla admin and generating the key from my remote personal computer (on the same LAN).  After generating it on the actual server and saving it to its FTP folder, I then downloaded it to my personal computer running the application and it works.
 The key that is generated contains information about the IP address of the server.  If generated remotely using the domain name, it uses the router's lan ip and not the server's.  If generated remotely using the server's lan ip to access the joomla admin  then all is well.
