Hello,

To fix this error re-download JLive_Chat.zip from here www.cmsfruit.com/index.php?option=com_jc...ownload&i=17 and re-install JLive_Chat_Setup.exe, that should correct the error, if not let us know.

Uninstall the previous one and I've reinstalled the program link you gave me, but still throwing the same error.

is your system is connected to the internet? Also are you on a home or office network or is your computer connected directly to the internet?
