Is anyone else having problems receiving multiple chat sessions?

Seems when I answer a new chat session, the previous chat sessions cancels out and closes?

This is happening on a few client sites and one is using Windows XP Professional

Thank you for that info! We are going to look into this issue and have it corrected by the time we release our new version by the end of this week.

We had one other customer on Windows XP tell us about an issue like the one you are describing.
