Hello

I bought a licence.

So I want to set up your desktop application on an other computer with windows.

And after set up. Lot of tries (delete and set up), I always "See the logfile '....\CMS fruit\Jlive Chat\jlive.exe.log'for details'

Impossible to access the desktop application for put the key

Hello,

My issue is fixed with the new version 3.8.0.

But for put the key (who was generated) at inside the desktop application. I have the same problem like my first computer.

With a key who was generated with FF and Ie it's the same thing.
When I put the key, nothing come. The system comes back at the previous windows (put the key)

Can you please submit a debug report by going to Help -> Debug Report -> Send to Technical Support from within the desktop application?

Thank you, I received your debug report. It was empty because you haven't added a website yet. We have created a new setup file that should fix the issue you are experiencing. Please uninstall the desktop application on your computer and then install this new file:

Please let me know if that works or if the problem still persists.
