I installed JAdmin (1.5.2.4), plugin, module and component. I don't know why, but I can't connect. JAdmin! can't connect and shows ""mysite.com" could not be synchronized. The error received was: Error 1457: string indices must be integers". Ofcourse I downloaded "Operator Access Keys" and installed in JAdmin!
I found that "allow_url_fopen: Off" , but I can't edit php.ini.
I really would like to use this LiveChat, but I can't.
Please help me.

We are getting the same issue. Did you get a solution?

This can usually be caused if there is a plugin or PHP that is being caused on your website. This can also happen if you use a JLive! Chat operator access key in JAdmin or vice versa. You cannot mix and match the access keys between JLive! Chat and JAdmin!

THe client is running Windows 7 if that makes a difference

At this stage I have only configured the JAdmin so the client is not configured.

There shouldn't be an issue with Windows 7. Usually that error means that your webserver is producing some extra output that is not allowing JAdmin to sync. For example extra output from a PHP notice or warning that is occurring on your website. If you provide me with your domain or URL, I can give you more information on the error that is occurring with your installation.
