Hi Pete,


 


This error is usually produced if JLive! Chat can not connect to cmsfruit's servers to check for an update. Can you confirm that you are connected to the internet? Can you try to launch the application again and see if it gives you the error again?

Hi Pete,


 


We have made a small change to correct this issue. Please download and re-install the JLive_Chat_Setup.exe file located in the archive file below:


d35d7z8muy0qp0.cloudfront.net/JLive_Chat.zip


 


After re-installing the JLive_Chat_Setup.exe, you shouldn't recieve that error anymore.
