FYI, Error goes away when I disable ProActive Chat but stays when ProActive is enabled. I would prefer to keep it enabled but it is off for now.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello

This error could be caused if all the required JLive! Chat javascript files aren't loaded into your website by the JLive! Chat plugin.

Please ensure you have the latest version 4.0.5 JLive! Chat component, plugin, module and desktop application installed. You can check the version you have installed by going to Extensions -> Install/Uninstall -> Components from within your Joomla administrator.

I checked out your website, but the issue didn't error didn't occur for me, probably because you disabled proactive chat. Please confirm you have the latest version component, plugin, and module installed and then enable the proactive chat feature, and if you still get the error, let me know and I will check it out ASAP.

Thanks!

Hello

We've released JLive! Chat v4.0.6 which corrects the issue you reported.

To update to the latest version of JLive! Chat, please uninstall the JLive! Chat component, plugin, module and desktop application you have installed now and then download and install a fresh copy of v4.0.6 from our download section:

http://www.cmsfruit.com/downloads.html#jlivechat

After installing the new version, please re-download your operator access key file by going to Components -> JLive! Chat -> Operators from within your Joomla administrator and re-add it to your JLive! Chat desktop application.

and you should be all set after that!

PLEASE NOTE:

You may need to re-create your JLive! Chat online/offline image within your Module Manager after re-installing the module.
You may need to re-create any JLive! Chat menu links after re-installing the component.

Best Regards,
John Xu
