TOPIC: Exclude monitoring and cronjobs

Exclude monitoring and cronjobs 1 Year, 7 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi John,

I don't know if this is a good feature, but I have cronjobs and monitoring from servers that visit my page, it could be nice if I could hide them of showing up in the monitoring window of the desktop application.

An option to "hide" a list of IP addresses that I have set.
As there is "spiders", "guests" and "Users" - there could maybe be a "Specific" or Custom" field, to mark on and off?

Just an idea

There is a built in mechanism that allows you to exclude certain cronjobs or request from the website activity monitor as long as the request has ?do_not_log=true in the URL.

So for example; a request that would be excluded might call this url:

yourdomain .com ?option=com_login&do_not_log=true
