it would be nice to be able to intiate a chat with a user that is viewing the site.  The ability to see users on the site and the pages thay they are browsing from within the operator console.  This would work perfect  to intiate a chat to them.


actually that is the feature which i am missing a lot and keeps my to hold back of a purchase. am running a site for selling products and that would improve sells when an operator can start  talking to users knowing which product they are viewing right now.

We've added real-time visitor monitoring into JLive! Chat version 3.7.0. You can download the new version from our download section.

We plan on adding the ability to be able to initiate a chat session with a visitor in a near future release.
