I think another useful option would be if the visitor chatbox, when reduced to the bottom option line, would flash if he (the visitor) has received a response from the operator. Thanks for a good product!

We've built the feature you requested into version 3.7.0. You can download the new version from our download section

Now the popup window comes back into focus if it's minimized or behind other windows when the operator sends a message. This works perfectly on Internet explorer, and Safari, however Firefox doesn't allow focusing the window so it doesn't really focus on Firefox.

when someone type it, we never see it flashing - where are options?

because if an operator working on other client or doing work on website, they need to know it is flashing from the client who want some attention.
