I love the great enhancements on Jlive Chat 3.7. I really like the ability to see who is active on my site. You can take this to the next level by allowing the operator to open up a chat session with the user who is surfing the website.

This software is in our top choices, but some of the other subscription biased options we were looking at all ready include this feature. Any idea how much longer before it's added?
