hello.. I just chat with you few minutes ago...I just see when chat finish is not possible to get the contain of chat by email...It can be a nice feature to add In fact I have copy/paste the discussion for later reference..but normal user will probably never do that. I have do some chat with some support website and they have this feature..It very nice to have this solution. It also nice for the owner of website because they can get email of user and maybe use their email for send later some mailing .-) What do you think ?

a specialist (14:56:27): it does currently have that feature on the operators end... currently you can get a transcript of the chat session via email by going to Actions -> Email Transcript from the chat session window

a specialist (14:58:19): it does not currently allow the visitor to send the chat session transcript by email, and yes that is a very good suggestion and you are welcome to request that feature in the next release by posting it here www.cmsfruit.com/support/forums/9-sugges...eature-requests.html
