We would like to have the option to send extra parameters to the operator when a customer starts a session, especially for registred users.

Here is the scenario: We have extended the Joomla registration and added some extra fields, for example instead of name we have Name and Last Name, we also have some internal customer ids, sales rep and other info that goes along with the standard user info.

So what I'm proposing is to have a set of extra parameters, to be send to the operator along with the user info, especially to identified users. A definition of how to define this parameters will be needed, since it could be the result of a custom sql query, that will solve sending third party app data or custom data as in my case, or it could be some info based on the browser session (IP Location, browser version, etc) or just some custom parameter.

This will be handy with Joomla 1.6 comming where you can have custom groups and user info as well.
