I had a suggestion and a request at the same time for the same topic. I was looking for a star rating and comment for review by client system or plugin for community builder or joomla where ever it may fit.

Actually it would be a great thing if we had an option provided to the client where when they end the chat session they can be asked how they felt while chatting with the onsite chat agent, what they felt, how the service was or how the respective agent was dealing or supporting them.

The Star rating and comments given by the clients should be available in the agents profile page for the clients to refer the page and comments others had left so that they can have an idea about the expert, which would be more convincing and friendly for the clients.

some plugin or anything which can make this happen would be an added advantage and a great feature.

I hope this goes smoothly with joomla and community builder profile pages.

I wish anyone can come up with this idea soon and implement it.

I will be very grateful which i already am with the present chat system provided by CMSFRUIT, still there is nothing comparable with what these guys have come up with and for such a affordable price.
