  • How do I contact customer support?
    You can contact us by submitting a support ticket. Our staff reponds to support tickets we receive promptly, usually within a couple hours. Unfortuanetly, we do not offer telephone support at this time.
  • Can I customize the software package(s) your company offers?
    Yes, you can customize any of the software packages available on our website for your own needs. The majority of our software packages are opensource PHP. However, please be advised that customizing our software packages will require certain technical skills on your part. You can also use our forums to get help from one of our staff members or the Joomla! community.
  • Do I have to purchase a license to use your software extension(s)?
    Our software packages require that you purchase a "Domain License", which enables you to use our product on 1 domain (1 website). Here we use the term domain loosely, one domain license can be valid for your-site.com and www.your-site.com.
  • Where can I find documentation for your software extensions?
    You can find the documentation for your software package by clicking here. This documentation contains all the information and steps you will need to properly setup and operate your software extension.
  • What versions of Joomla! does your software extensions work with?
    All of our Joomla! extensions are Joomla! 1.5 native, which basically means that it was developed and packaged for Joomla! versions 1.5 and later.
  • Can I get a refund?
    We offer and encourage our customers to try our software extensions before they purchase them. We also offer an automatic 5-day trial period on JLive! Chat and JAdmin! per domain. Due to the nature of our business and protecting ourselves from fraudulent users, unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds. Sorry :-(
