LICENSE

You may be granted a "Domain License" in case of purchasing a Joomla! Extension. It enables you to use that product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same domain license again if you to use the same product in connection with another website;

MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes in accordance with the type of license you acquire. However you may not re-distribute any of our software or Joomla! extensions  without prior consent from us.

CLIPARTS, IMAGERY AND FONTS

All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our products are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. A Domain License gives you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the website you build using our software. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited. All images and illustrations used in our software come in a single layer, as is. Please be informed that for extending these Joomla! extensions you will need proper software and skills. The alternate variant is to hire someone to do it for you.

UNAUTHORIZED USE

If you have not received a Domain License, you shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

OUR REFUND POLICY

We offer and encourage our customers to try our software extensions before they purchase them. We also offer an automatic 5-day trial period on JLive! Chat and JAdmin! per domain. Due to the nature of our business and protecting ourselves from fraudulent users, unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds. Sorry :-(

ASSIGNABILITY

You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company.

OWNERSHIP

You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of CMS Fruit. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

INSTALLATIONS

We can assist you with basic installation of your Joomla! software package, however customization is a paid service which is not included in the package price, and is considered on a case by case basis.

THIRD-PARTIES SERVICES

CMS Fruit may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. CMS Fruit does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with CMS Fruit's terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of CMS Fruit.

ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check and it can be permanently suspended for more serious matters. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of California, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. The parties specifically disclaim the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
